FAQ - Shipping & Returns

Can I Place My Order Over the Phone? 

No, we do not accept any orders over the phone.  Every order must be input online, after creating an account.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

This store is open for a limited time throughout the year.  Each item in the store is custom embroidered, per order.  After the store closes, we will get to work on your items.  Please be aware, this could take up to 6-8 weeks from the store closing. 

Keep an eye on your email, as we will send you updates as the order moves through the production process.  When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track it through the shipping process.

 

What is the Return Policy?

All apparel is custom embroidered to your specification upon order.  For this reason, we cannot accept returns.  If you have a concern, please contact Heather Stephens at hstephens@rlk-inc.com or 636-939-6060 and she will address your concern on a case-by-case basis. 

 

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Our distribution facility is located in Missouri, so most shipments should arrive to you within 3-4 business days of being shipped.  Please see the shipping times map below to verify approximate ship time to your state.  All orders are processed in the order received.  Our team will do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders ship via UPS, our trusted and preferred freight carrier.  You will receive a tracking number for your order when it ships.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
